Carrie's Creations Handmade Candles and Gifts began seven years ago when I made my first candle. Originally called simply Carrie's Creations, I sold a variety of handmade candles and jewelry. Then in 1998, I began to focus entirely on the art of candle making. Today, my primary focus is still on candles, although I have added in a line of handmade dried floral wreaths and wooden décor.
Since I love studying the past and collecting antiques, I decided to let these interests become an inspiration to my designs. My candles have a vintage country style with natural accents and old-fashioned scents. Using rich colors of America's past such as burgundy, beeswax yellow, hunter green and country blue, my candles bring to mind the more simple days of yesteryear.
Carrie's Creations candles are unique, one-of-a-kind candles not found in stores. I use high-quality ingredients including pure essential oils. Carrie's Creations candles are also earth-friendly. I use recycled materials whenever possible, never sacrificing quality.
